We only accept the returns, if the order is placed online through Hisense.com.pk We cannot accept the returns for other online store or any retail outlet in Pakistan.
Customers can only return the order, at the time of delivery if they received the product damaged, incorrect or defective product
The items are found damaged at the time of delivery
The item is not what you have placed the order of. The model, color, size are different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.
The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer.
To process a return
The order return is only accepted from the Hisense.com.pk website. You can reach us through a phone number (021-111-824-111) or email ()

- All products must be inspected at the time of delivery, any unit found damaged must be returned to the courier company at the spot. Do not receive the unit.
- Upon signing the receipt, the customer agrees, that the product received in new & excellent condition.
- You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt). Item must be returned in the original box (or with, at least, suitable packaging) to protect the Product from damage during the return delivery. You can return the damage product in three days.
- The customer will bear the return goods delivery cost.
- If the product is full of the above-mentioned condition, we will reimburse you with a refund through the same mode of payment that was made in the original purchase or replace a new unit.
- If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit, or unreasonable.
- Warranty does not cover breakage of the panel, electrical spark & burnt.
